Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed the next business day. Processing may take longer during busy periods.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide applicable cancellation or refund options.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, affordable Standard Shipping throughout eligible U.S. destinations.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Naked Science CBD currently offers Standard Shipping only.

Estimated Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Expedited and Express Shipping are not currently offered.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, and local restrictions.

Some products may be unavailable for shipment to certain destinations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be fulfilled, with refunds issued as required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Shipping may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed, please contact us. We’ll assist with tracking and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be returned or reshipped.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please provide your order number and photographs of any damage, when available.

We’ll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

This requested reporting period does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Signature Requirements

Certain orders may require an adult signature depending on the carrier, destination, product, or applicable law.

Any applicable requirements will be communicated when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our corporate office during designated business hours:

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Local pickup is available only when offered as a checkout option or arranged directly with Naked Science CBD.
