1. Easy Returns — 30 Days
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To get started, simply email support@nakedsciencecbd.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern.
Our team will review your request and help you with the next steps.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are generally eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
For products you’ve already tried, we’re happy to review your experience and discuss an appropriate solution.
2. Opened or Used Products
We understand that customers may need to try a product to determine whether it’s right for them.
Opened products may qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Products that have been substantially or completely consumed are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
We reserve the right to review requests individually and decline returns involving suspected fraud or misuse of the policy.
These conditions do not limit applicable rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
3. Trial Sizes and Sample Products
Our trial-size creams and tinctures are an affordable way to experience Naked Science CBD before purchasing full-size products.
Because these products are intended for sampling, opened or used trial sizes are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If a trial-size product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make things right.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and provide your order number and photographs when available.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
When an error is ours, we will cover applicable return-shipping costs.
Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Refunds required by law will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.
6. Exchanges and Store Credit
Sometimes a different Naked Science formula may be a better fit for your preferences.
Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative to a refund.
Any exchange or store-credit arrangement will be explained before you accept it.
7. Return Shipping
Please contact us before mailing any products back so we can provide return instructions.
For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping.
For returns involving our error, defective products, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover required shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for authorized returns.
8. Promotional Purchases and Trial Packs
Trial packs, discounted products, and promotional purchases are subject to the same general satisfaction-review process unless different terms were clearly disclosed before purchase.
Opened or substantially consumed products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products remain eligible for applicable remedies.
9. Subscribe & Save Orders
Customers may manage or cancel future Subscribe & Save orders according to the terms disclosed at enrollment.
Orders already processed or shipped are subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state consumer-protection laws.
